I cannot express the lady who answers the phone was very professional also. A very pleasant experience, Wilbur's is not out to charge and exorbitant amount. Just had a hot water heater installed. They were here right on the schedule time. Very friendly, personal staff. It was a very difficult install but these guys worked all day without breaking our complaining. Usually I list at least one con on my reviews, but honestly it was everything a hot water heater install should be.

This company is great! Woke up with frozen pipes. They were here within an hour or calling. Very great customer service and very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend!

I called at 9:30 in the morning to get help with a plumbing situation. Selena was wonderful when I called and within 20 minutes had arrange for technicians to do my same day repair. Dallas and Steve were professional and efficient and the issue was resolved by 3:30. I don't have history with cost of plumbers but the bill was a pleasant surprise. I will refer Wilbur's to all of my friends!

They returned the call quickly and went over pricing. They asked great questions so we could purchase the correct size and replacement for our house. They showed up on time and completed the work in a short time and took the old water heater and cleaned the work area. Very pleased with their work.

Main water shut off valve just before the meter in my house was leaking. Called Wilburs and they came right out and got it fixed. Also needed a new two handle system for my shower that was leaking. Friendly plumbing technician; even with the emergency pricing for weekend service (still reasonable), remain satisfied they were able to fix it so quickly.

Justin came out to fix our pump on our sewer crock within an hour of being told by multiple places that they were 3-4 weeks out or 3-4 months out. They were fair professional and I will be using them again for anything plumbing related. Thank you!

I help take care of three houses belonging to myself, my elderly mother and my daughter. Wilbur's Plumbing is my "go to" plumber for any number of problems we've had over time; issues stemming from the storms that came through this last weekend included. I have been like a crazy person the last few days after a sewage back-up into my daughter's house during the tornadic weather, lack of insurance company responsiveness and the subsequent clean-up (not fun). James came right over to assess what happened, make sure we didn't have any issues that would cause anymore immediate problems, and laid out a plan to get to the root cause. I can't thank him enough. This is a great family company that I recommend to anyone with plumbing needs!

Same day installation of new water softener for my failed water softener. It was leaking and couldn't stop without turning off whole house water supply. Very careful in my house. Very professional service. Took away old softener and left everything in order. Definitely would use again.

We had a pipe burst in the laundry room, flooding the basement and laundry room, during the coldest weather in years. Wilbur's Plumbing came out after hours and had it fixed in less than hour. Excellent service. They don't mess around. We had a leaking kitchen sink, a few months ago, and it was fixed in 20 minutes. With brazing, joint replacement, and soldering I was very happy with their service.
We have a leaky sink. They came today, and 15 minutes later they left due to lack of parts here in town. They're getting them in Battle Creek, and will reschedule. They tell you the problem in easy to understand terms, and are always courteous.
Highly recommended.
Update: They're finishing the work now and are in fact replacing a part on the hot water side of the sink so they don't have to return in a month or two.

Allen explains what needs to be done to correct the problem in a caring way so the client can understand. Allen has made it a point to pass on to his son, James, these qualities in running the business.
